1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ImageTranslatorAI ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ImageTranslatorAI provides an AI-powered image translation service that allows users to:

  • Upload images containing text in various languages
  • Receive AI-generated translations of the text within images
  • Access translation results in real-time

The Service is provided on a freemium basis:

  • Guest Users: 1 free translation per day (IP-based)
  • Registered Users: 3 free translations per day

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload images containing illegal content, hate speech, violence, or adult content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing translation services.

Important: We do not store your uploaded images. They are processed in real-time and immediately discarded after translation.

5.2 Our Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ImageTranslatorAI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Translation Accuracy and Disclaimer

Our Service uses AI technology to provide translations. While we strive for accuracy:

  • Translations are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • AI translations may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy for any translation
  • Translations should not be used for legal, medical, or other critical purposes without professional verification
  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on our translations

7. Usage Limits and Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users, we enforce the following limits:

  • Guest users: 1 translation per day (per IP address)
  • Registered users: 3 translations per day
  • Image size limit: 10 MB maximum
  • Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG

We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Excessive or abusive use may result in account suspension.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 No Warranty

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of translations will meet your expectations
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageTranslatorAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in translations

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ImageTranslatorAI and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you upload to the Service

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ImageTranslatorAI. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in China.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ImageTranslatorAI regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
